The September Issue follows Anna Wintour, editor of American Vogue, when she and her team is preparing the all important September issue of the magazine. Of course Anna Wintour is the inspiration for the Devil in The Devil Wears Prada. So you know she’s going to be real nice.
Exit Through the Gift Shop
Exit Through the Gift Shop is marketed as a film about Banksy, but that’s only half the story. Or rather 1/7 of the story. The film’s protagonist is the “eccentric” Frenchman Thierry Guetta and the creation of a documentary about street art.
Helvetica
Part 1: A film about a font, it sounds well… fun? Not particularly, perhaps, but if you are at all interested in design, Helvetica is an exciting story that tells the story of the first truly modern font.
Objectified
Part 2: in the trilogy that began with Helvetica we get to hear from those who are designing things in the world around us.
Urbanized
Part 3: Now it’s design on the larger scale. Urbanized takes us to some of the world’s largest cities and looks at how to solve the problems that occur in “the city”.
